Our firm is dedicated to assisting individual schools and school districts in finding logical, data-driven, and cost-effective solutions to a wide variety of instructional, personnel, and community-based issues currently impacting P-12 education. Some of the more common issues that we have been called upon to address include principal mentoring, professional development for teachers and school administrators, student residency, personnel recruitment, student discipline, and instructional technology planning/implementation.
Dr. Troisi has an extensive background in P-12 education and has served as a
teacher of social studies, instructional supervisor, assistant principal, principal,
and assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction on Long Island. He has also taught at several colleges and universities including Hofstra University, Molloy College,

teacher of social studies, instructional supervisor, assistant principal, principal,
and assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction on Long Island. He has also taught at several colleges and universities including Hofstra University, Molloy College, SUNY/Stony Brook, and the New York Institute of Technology. Currently, Dr. Troisi is an Assistant Professor of School Leadership at Touro University. In addition to his teaching role, Dr. Troisi is a prolific writer. His articles concerning school leadership and instructional technology have appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as The School Administrator and The Teachers College Record. Additionally, he has presented on topics such as school building/district leadership, comparative educational systems, critical pedagogy, teacher evaluation, and online learning for organizations such as The New York State School Board’s Association, the New York State Council of School Superintendents, Nassau BOCES, the Long Island Educational Summit, and New York University’s Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies.

Throughout her career, Donna DeLucia-Troisi has had the unique opportunity to work in both the private and public sector, spanning forty years as an educator. She has taught elementary students, worked as an Assistant Principal, assisted the Asst. Superintendent for Instruction in Lawrence School District as a Curriculum Coordinator and finally, worked as an Elementary Principal until her retirement in 2016. In 2019, she helped establish Progressive P-12 Solutions, LLC as a platform for providing BOCES staff development, District staff development, resume building, and coaching to novice teachers. Since 2019, she has served as an adjunct professor for both Touro College and NYIT, teaching classes in Education and supervising student teachers.
